These two have quilting!

The first is my favourite, but I like both of them.

Have just cleaned out this project of all the dust, and painted over the rust. The original colours were brown on gold.

If I lived in Bendigo I would paint the house in  a light colour, with green wrought iron around the verandas to keep it looking fresh during the heat of summer.

Love the first design, though I haven’t added any quilting motifs, but that is because I would keep it very simple, in black thread on the black background.

Love the second design for today too … and I have had a thought that I would make two tops and add wadding to both and quilt, then tie the two together back to back so it is fully reversible. That would give me the problem of working out which side should be every time I made the bed!
